KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, May 22, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
90-octane is up by $2.03, and will be sold for $165.38 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $159.08 per litre, up by $1.75.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $156.77 per litre after an increase of $3.06 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $163.66 per litre, up by $1.96.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $68.72 per litre up by $1.35 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $75.89 per litre up by $.87
Kerosene will be sold for $143.22 after an increase of $1.12.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective markup to these prices.
