‘Den Den’ Facing Murder Charges

‘DEN DEN’ FACING MURDER CHARGES

Thirty-one-year-old Dennis McKenly, otherwise called ‘Den Den’, a factory worker of Wellington Road, Kingston 13, has been charged with Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition, Preventing the Lawful Burial of a Corpse and Being Part of a Criminal Organization following an incident on Ramsay Road, Kingston 13, on Sunday, March 17.

Dead is 26-year-old Andrew Cunningham, otherwise called ‘Tall Man’, also of a Ramsay Road address.

Reports from the Denham Town police are that between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Cunningham was at his home when he was fatally shot by Mckenly and his accomplices. They later disposed of Cunningham’s body in a barrel along Ruben Avenue, Rose Town, Kingston 13.

On Monday, March 18, 2024, the body was retrieved by the police and transported to the hospital, where Cunningham’s death was confirmed. On Tuesday, April 22, Mckenly was arrested during an intelligence-led operation. He was later charged following a question-and-answer session in the presence of his attorney.

His court date is being arranged.
