Kasey Palmer

Jamaica international Kasey Palmer will be sidelined eight to 10 weeks with a knee injury suffered during the recent World Cup qualifying window, according to UK media reports.
According to Hull Daily Mail, the 28-year-old returned from international duty late last week with a medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury, which may sideline him until the new year.
Palmer started and played most of Jamaica’s 4-0 victory over Bermuda at the National Stadium in Kingston last Tuesday. He had missed the previous game against Curacao – which the Reggae Boyz lost 2-0 — due to a cards suspension.
His absence will be a blow to the Reggae Boyz’ World Cup qualification hopes.
With two games remaining in the final qualification round – away to Trinidad and Tobago, and at home against Curacao in November – Jamaica sit top of Group B on nine points, with Curacao in second on eight points and Trinidad third on five points.
