Gas prices up $3.06, Diesel up $2.94

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, July 3, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.

90-octane will be sold for $160.95 per litre after a $3.06 spike, while 87-octane will be sold for $157.80 per litre after an increase of $3.06.

Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $163.27 per litre after an increase of $2.94, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $169.26 per litre, also up by $2.94.

Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $67.82 per litre, up by $3.06 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $75.91 per litre, up by $3.06.

Kerosene will be sold for $145.70, up by $3.06.

Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective markup to these prices.
