Apostle Gary White readies for second book, more outreach

KINGSTON, Jamaica – On the heels of the success of his journal Journeying Through The Scriptures,  Apostle Gary White is already in preparation mode to write and release another helpful book for readers worldwide.

“This wasn’t a book, per se, but it was a journal with footnotes where you can go and find scriptures if you’re dealing with depression, if you’re dealing with anger or if you’re going through hard times. It has footnotes in it… we’re working on the second book to be released by the end of this year, God’s willing,” he said.

Through his Sold For Jesus Christ Ministry Apostle White has travelled across the Bahamas, Jamaica, and various parts of the United States, where he has tirelessly preached, fed the poor, and offered hope to the lost.

In the Bahamas and Jamaica, Apostle White has been instrumental in organising community outreach programmes that provide essential resources to impoverished communities. His efforts have not only addressed immediate physical needs but have also fostered spiritual growth and unity among diverse populations.

Within the United States, his ministry extends to urban and rural areas alike, focusing on marginalised communities. Through partnerships with local organisations, he has established food drives, counseling services, and educational workshops aimed at empowering individuals and restoring faith.

“We believe in reaching souls at any cost. We believe in reaching people right where they are. Wherever they are, we bring a word to them. We also do some prison ministry in Port St Lucie, Florida and what drives us is that the passion and the love of God. The Bible does declare that we should go throughout the world and make disciples, so, we don’t just believe in sitting down. We believe in going out there,” he said.

The religious leader was also invited by American minister and author John MacArthur to speak at the Shepherds Conference, commonly known as the 5000 men conference, held between March 5-7 at the Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California.

Apostle White plans to extend his mission to the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, and Honduras. A significant aspect of this future endeavor includes ministering directly to gang members on the streets, aiming to transform lives from violence to peace through the teachings of Christ.
