Prime Minister Andrew Holness: We will overhaul the PATH programme to make it more targeted to those who need it.
Under the current programme I have found constituents and communities where individuals feel they should qualify for assistance due to their genuine need, but are being turned away. This indicates a need for refinement in the entire beneficiary identification process to ensure that we accurately identify and support those in our society who are truly in need of the social safety net provided by PATH.
