Dancehall superstar Vybz Kartel will not appear for his scheduled performance at the One Caribbean Music Festival in Trinidad and Tobago due to the promoter allegedly failing to fulfil contractual obligations, according to media reports from the twin island republic.
It is reported that the promoters stated that they learnt that Kartel cancelled his appearance mere hours before the event but acknowledged that they were unable to fulfil stipulated requirements per the performance agreement despite efforts to resolve the issues over the past couple of months.
