Ulster Spring is located in the Cockpit Country, Trelawny, Jamaica (Caribbean).

Ulster Spring is also apart of the Cockpit Country. It was a 1550-acre sugar estate founded by William Frater (1781-1839).

The Ulster Spring Baptist Church was built in 1897 and it has a separate bell tower.
